Brandt Group of Companies brings Saskatchewan Summer Games ticket sales to Lloydminster
Lloydminster, SK (July 5, 2024) — Excitement continues to build in Lloydminster as tickets are now on sale for the upcoming 2024 Saskatchewan Summer Games presented by Teine Energy, scheduled from July 21st through 27th.
Sponsored by Brandt Group of Companies in Lloydminster, family members and spectators can now purchase tickets for the multi-sport event online at SaskGames.ca. Tickets are currently available for the first and second halves of the Games for $30, or full-week sports passes can be purchased for $40.

Scheduled from July 21-24, the first half of the Games include Archery, Canoe/Kayak, Golf, Soccer (M), Softball (F), Special Olympics – Bocce, Swimming, Tennis, and Volleyball (M & F). The second half of the Games includes Athletics, Baseball (M), Basketball (M & F), Soccer (F), and Triathlon, and are scheduled from July 24-27. Tickets will also be available for purchase onsite at the various games’ locations. Student (6-18) and senior discounts are available. Children five and younger are free, and Canoe/Kayak is a non-ticketed event.
The 2024 Saskatchewan Summer Games will feature Opening and Closing Ceremonies on July 21st and 27th, bringing together nearly 1,000 athletes and their supporters to celebrate achievements. These ceremonies will include entertainers, speeches, and traditional elements like the Torch Relay and cauldron lighting, concluding with awards presentations. Tickets for the ceremonies and swimming event are limited, and sales will open in early July.

The 2024 Saskatchewan Summer Games in Lloydminster will see competition among upwards of 1,800 participants from across Saskatchewan in 14 different sports. These include Archery, Athletics, Baseball, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Canoe Kayak, Golf, Soccer, Softball, Special Olympics – Bocce, Swimming, Tennis, Triathlon, and Volleyball. Athlete tryouts and qualifying events are now taking place across the province.
More than 1,000 community volunteers will be recruited to help stage the Games and showcase Lloydminster to the entire province. The volunteer drive is currently underway, and interested residents can learn more and register to volunteer at saskgames.ca/volunteer.

From July 21-27, 2024, more than 1,800 athletes, coaches, and officials will gather in the Border City to share in the thrill of competition and camaraderie on the provincial stage. Upwards of 1,000 community volunteers will be recruited to help welcome thousands of visitors to Lloydminster during the seven days of Games competition, in addition to the dozens of dedicated Host Society volunteer leads in charge of planning the multi-sport event. Athletes will represent the nine Sport, Culture and Recreation Districts across the province, and will compete in 14 different sports.
